All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, orders are generally delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and logistics conditions.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we offer shipping exclusively within the United States.
We currently do not provide international shipping services.
Shipping Fees
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Customers may track their orders at any time through the Order Tracking page available on our website.
Tracking updates generally become available once the package has been dispatched by the carrier.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team by email within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit, and address changes may no longer be possible.
